(1) Registration fee (including the conference dinner fee): 3000 RMB; student rate: 1500RMB; accompanying member rate: 1500 RMB. If the conference is held online, the registration fee will be charged at 50%.
(2) Registration method
①Online payment: Register on the official website of the conference, https://ispg2022.aconf.org, and support online payment methods such as online banking, Alipay, and WeChat.
②Bank remittance: the registration information needs to be submitted on the conference website first. Please be sure to note the “5th International Conference of Palaeogeography” + “the order number of Aconf website” + “the affiliation name of the invoice”.

③On-site payment: Bank card, Alipay, WeChat are acceptable at the check-in counter in the lobby of Zhonghe Hotel and the lobby of Zhiyinyuan Hotel.
(3) Refund method and conditions
If you apply for a refund before February 28, 2022 (inclusive), you can get the full amount; if you apply for a refund between March 1 (inclusive) and April 30 (inclusive), 2022, you can get 50% of the registration fee; Applications for refunds after May 1, 2022 (inclusive) will not be accepted.
(4) Conference registration fee invoice
Please be sure to fill in the invoice header and taxpayer identification number correctly when registering to avoid issuing wrong invoices. Invoices for conference registration fees and field excursion fees are issued by Wuhan Chytey Aconf Co., Ltd.. The invoices are electronic invoices and are issued in a unified manner. The e-invoice link information is sent to the mobile phone number and email address reserved by the participants in the form of SMS and email. Open the link to view and print the invoice. The accommodation fee will be directly settled by the participants and the hotel, and the invoice will be collected by themselves.
(2) Accommodation fee
(1) Zhiyinyuan Hotel, Wuhan Campus of Yangtze University, Standard room with two single beds: 228 RMB/Day;
(2) Zhonghe Hotel (about 5 Km from the campus), Standard room with one king-size bed or two single beds: 338 RMB/Day, Executive single room: 458 RMB/Day, Suite: 588 RMB/Day (Free shuttle bus to the venue will be provided during the conference).
